About The Authors
Lisa Baker is a teacher, award-winning artist, author, and musician. She is a child development specialist with a master’s degree in school counseling and a doctorate in human relations. She has been teaching early childhood and kindergarten for over 25 years. Lisa taught school in Utah, and in southern California at both the elementary and college levels. She currently teaches in the state of Nevada.

Lorraine Watson was born and raised in Henderson, Nevada, and was a classroom teacher for 14 years. Lorraine earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and served as an administrator for more than 10 years. A career-woman and artist, Lorraine never gave up her love of music and continued to compose. Lorraine met Dr. Lisa Baker, and they began their journey of writing nonfiction children’s books paired with music.
